Two automatic cutting and drilling lines that can handle 1000-mm profiles with a maximum length of 18m with a capacity of 50 Ton/day.
Cutting and Drilling of Rods
Two automatic cutting and drilling lines that can handle 500-mm rods with a length of 6m and a thickness of 20mm, as well as a press brake and a 3-m guillotine cutting machine, with a rod cutting capacity of up to 10 Ton/day.
Cutting and Drilling of Plates
Three cutter tables, one oxycut table with a capacity of up to 150mm in thickness, two 3x12mm plasma tables, one with a capacity of up to 15mm and the other up to 30mm, with a cutting capacity of 20 tonnes/day.
Framing and Welding
We have seven fully-equipped, independent cells, each consisting of three to four framing and welding posts that work 24 hours/day, and with capacities of over 150 Ton/month each.
Framing and Welding of Metalwork
We have two independent metalwork production cells, each with two experienced metalworkers offering a production capacity of 50 Ton/month.
We have a stripping and painting line with an area of 1,200m2 in a controlled environment for the painting of metal structures, with a final control area where all parts are confirmed and identified in accordance with EN1090, with a capacity to treat parts up to 18m long by 1.5m wide and 0.5m high.
Shipping and Assembly Plans
Identification of all parts shipped with their reference numbers, customer name and level of execution according to EN1090 and the regulations applicable to the destination market. Instructions and assembly plans in the language of the destination market.
